Your pig is roasted and cut up on our site to avoid the mess at your function. The pork arrives hot in Nesco's ready for your guests' enjoyment. Our pig roast buffet includes the following:

	Fresh baked rolls
	Our famous American or German potato salad
	Creamy cole slaw
	Fresh fruit salad (in season June 1 - Sept 30) **
	Oven roasted baked beans
	All plates, napkins and silverware

* Should you desire us to bring the pig in our roaster to your function and cut in front of your guests for their enjoyment an additional cost of $1.25 per person will be charged. All prices are plus 15% gratuity and sales tax. Should you like it delivered only, you may deduct 10% plus a delivery fee, or, save more yet and pick up at our facility and save 10% off above prices. For pick-up or delivered cost only, a $100 refundable equipment deposit will be charged. The $100 will be refunded upon the return of all equipment in the condition it was received.

** Fruit Salad out of season will be substituted with a jello salad
